About Me

I am a copywriter with particular expertise in blog and thought leadership content. I have worked extensively in the construction and engineering industry, producing engaging articles on a wide range of topical issues.

With a background in a global strategic marketing team in an international engineering consultancy, and a period in a much smaller marcomms team of two at a London-based project management firm, I switched to freelance around a time of personal and global upheaval – becoming a parent and the pandemic. It’s allowed me to focus on what I always liked best from my various roles: writing clear, succinct copy to explain challenging subject matter to diverse audiences without oversimplifying. 

My experience from working in wider roles in different organisations makes me perfectly placed to slot in with your marcomms team. I know how my offering will fit into your strategies and campaigns, and I know how important it is to place your clients’ and potential clients’ perspective at the heart of everything you produce.

If I’m not writing thought leadership and website copy, I’m enjoying family life, sewing outfits for my two young children, and spending time outdoors in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.
